Estimated at 165mm f3.2 this is a Petzval "quick acting"  lens - probably covers 4x5" or more.  Likely similar to, if not an exact copy of, a Dallmeyer design.  Circa 1870s.  Clear glass and focusses to a shgarp image on our tests.  #36,xxx.  Includes lens mounting ring.  No waterhouse stops.
