This is the focus tuve and extension tube to allow the lens head from the older version 90/2M and 135/2.8M to be used on a visoflex.  More popular now, however, with people who want a high quality and convenient focus tube for adapting vintage lenses onto their Digital Leica M's using live view for focus.
