This is a classic angle lens made for large format cameras.  Covers all formats up to 11X14" and banquet cameras up to 7x18".   Like all angulons these need to be stopped down to f16 or f22 to perform their best. This is a late version of this lens with a #10mil plus serial number dating it to 1970 production.
